The InfectionGard® range of sanitisers and equipment has been specifically developed and manufactured for us by our parent company, Eco-Mist Biotechnics® to offer innovate decontamination solutions against surface and airborne pathogens within the healthcare, food and drink, hotel & leisure, education, transport and retail sectors.
At InfectionGard, we wanted to produce an exclusive range of products which would be highly effective, harmless to people, plants and animals and could replace the need to use toxic chemicals. Our aim is to help prevent people from becoming sick in the first place. Like electric vehicles, we want to lead the way in the preservation of the planet, whilst still achieving clinical infection control performance levels. You see, we know that we are overusing antibiotics to treat what should be easily preventable diseases caused by poor hygiene. So, if we reduce the incidence of sickness, we can reduce the need and use of antibiotics, helping to reduce antibiotic resistance.

We challenged ourselves to achieve the best possible ‘kill rate’ with the minimum effect to humans, animals and the environment. And we were well aware that many of the nastiest bacteria, viruses, fungi and spores are often found in the most inaccessible places, like behind radiators, in air-conditioning systems and in damp, mouldy areas. So, we knew we also needed a delivery system that would enable us to reach those areas that traditional cleaning cannot get to.
That led us to develop the InfectionGard® range of sanitisers and dry misting systems. The tiny sanitising mist particles produced by our systems, are so light, that they ‘float’ in the air to kill dangerous airborne pathogens and eradicate surface pathogens, as the mist fills every area of a room or vehicle. What’s more, we made our misting systems so simple to operate that they can safely be installed and set up in almost any environment and operated by the end user or employees of the organisation, with no need for specialist training or protective clothing.
